According to the Implementation Plan of the National Fire Safety Special Operations Plan for Three Years, a three-year special fire safety rectification operation will be carried out from April 2020 to December 2022, and the special fire safety rectification is a major nationwide operation approved by General Secretary Xi Jinping. In addition to completing the "prescribed actions" of life passageways, high-rise buildings, commercial complexes, underground tracks, petrochemicals, prominent risk management and laying the foundation for rural fire prevention and control, strengthening key industry management, and improving fire information management capabilities, Yunnan Province will combine the actual situation of Yunnan to complete the "self-selecting action" of ancient cultural relics buildings and ancient towns, urban village rental houses, traditional villages, large villages and other governance units, community fire standardization and construction.
With the unification of the concept of "big emergency" and "big safety" and the construction of the platform, the intelligent fire industry has been developing rapidly, our province has kept up with the pace of the times, comprehensively promoted the construction of "smart fire protection", carried out in-depth fire safety assessment, risk prediction, disaster warning and other work, and strive to improve the level of intelligence of fire protection work.

根据《全国消防安全专项整治三年行动实施方案》要求，从2020年4月开始到2022年12月开展为期三年的消防安全专项整治行动，消防安全专项整治是经***总书记亲自批准，在全国范围内开展的重大行动。云南省三年行动除完成生命通道、高层建筑、商业综合体、地下轨道、石油化工、突出风险治理及打牢乡村火灾防控基础、加强重点行业管理、消防信息化管理能力提升等“规定动作”外，将结合云南实际，完成文物古建筑和古城古镇、城中村出租屋、传统村落、大型村寨等治理及单位、社区消防标准化规范化建设等“自选动作”。
