广州国际建筑产业博览会主要围绕建设业主、建筑施工、信息化、装配式、设计、材料设备产业合作平台，重点展示了广州近10年来荣获“鲁班奖”“国家优质工程奖”的精品工程项目，进一步树立精品意识，打造精品品牌，推动精品工程建设。在此基础上，继续贯彻落实政府部门对打造精品工程的要求，联合央企、省、市属国营企业，助力湾区建设，推动城乡建设高质量发展，促进产业生态循环。

展会以“国际视野，世界标准，中国特色、产业体系”来定位，以“绿色建造、智慧科技”为内涵，坚持新高度、新层次，专业化、标杆化、产业化、可持续化的办展原则，围绕建筑、施工、设计、材料、信息技术等上下游产业，旨在打造上下游全过程产业集中、互融互惠的展示平台。    通过科技联通建筑，将前沿施工技术、绿色材料、智能产品重点展示。大会特设“大湾区高质量发展高峰论坛”，突出区域发展特色、探讨发展思路，共商发展机会。同心协力、众志成城，为行业绿色建筑，智慧建设、智能未来，推动中国、大湾区升级转型，营造良好的行业市场氛围。
